What is kinesiology?

Kinesiology is a holistic approach to working with stress- whether that stress is expressed on a physical, emotional, mental or energetic level, Kinesiology seeks to locate and understand the root cause of stress..

A Kinesiology session, also called a balance, uses muscle testing which allows your body to communicate information about your stress at a subconscious level. Your body wisdom then guides the correction that is needed to balance the stress. .

Finding the underlying cause and the best correction for you, helps to bring you back into alignment so that you and your body can access your innate healing ability and reconnect to your powerful heart energy.

Kinesiology supports all forms of stress that we experience in life - be it physical health, illness or injury, emotional health, mental health, situation stress and life challenges or spiritual and energetic issues. Kinesiology seeks to identify and resolve stress at each level of the body and enable you to reconnect to the essence of you - your gifts, your strength, your power!

Neuro Energetic Kinesiology, developed by Hugo Tobar, allows access to specific frequency patterns within the body’s systems that regular kinesiology cannot by using Acupressure formatting. Formats are a combination of mudras and acupressure points, that when held together create a resonance, which is heard by the body and helps to locate stress in your whole being. This formatting helps to speed up the process of finding the root causes of an issue as it enables subconscious access to the deepest levels of stress communicated by your body. Formats allow us to access stress within the brain, nervous system, organs, cells, molecules and other complex systems within the body and allows for the clearing of stress at a cellular level, even down to the DNA if required.

As a Neuro Energetic Kinesiology I am able to provide specific balance protocols for the:

  • Neuro-emotional Pathways (neurological processes involved with emotion and survival)

  • Endocrine System (Hormones)

  • Immune System (including Vaccination pathways)

  • Body Structures and Structural Alignment

  • Brain Pathways (central and peripheral nervous systems)

  • Brain Integration (balancing left and right hemispheres and mood)

  • Chakra Anatomy (major and minor chakras)

  • Five Elements (meridian and element system of TCM)

Rachel is so gentle and calming which sets you at ease during your session..... Kinesiology is helping me to release old patterns, cope with grief and clear blockages in my body to restore wellness
