      <image:title>Insights - What To Expect in a Kinesiology Balance? - Your Kinesiology balance begins by talking about how you have been going.  During an initial appointment we will discuss your history and explore the issues that are concerning you. Allocating the time and care needed to talk through any health challenges you may be facing, your family history, any life-changing events, and why you’ve specifically booked your appointment. Using this information, we will explore a focus or specific goal for the balance. A goal can be any area you wish to grow, develop or improve on. Common examples areas include work and career, finances, family and relationships, food – weight loss or gain. Everyone is different and has experienced life uniquely, your goal is about tuning into what feels right for you at this stage of your life.  During the balance you will lay fully clothed on a massage table. It is a good idea to wear comfortable clothes, not too tight, remove shoes, watches, phones, bulky jewellery and hair clasps.  I will then begin to monitor your arm muscle as we talk about the issues and goals so that we can gather messages from your body’s innate awareness and wisdom.   The balance will follow a path of energetic formats with muscles checked, balanced and rechecked for each point of stress that is communicated.  Stress can be cleared using a number of techniques depending on the priority identified by your body – these can be emotional release, holding meridian/ acupressure points, essential oils or sound (just to name a few!)</image:title>
